temporary decorating solutions for walls

Whether you are renting a space that you can’t do anything to the walls or your child needs a visual lift to their dorm room there are a few temporary decorating solutions that you may want to explore. One is a trick I did on photo shoot sets. Take a 4′ x 8′ piece of Gator Board (which is more sturdy than foam core) and wallpaper it. shopping for red and white christmas candy

I love shopping for candy for each holiday. I usually put the candy (in a color palette fitting the holiday of course) in big glass jars in the kitchen. But for Christmas this year I’ve been filling up vintage mason jars. vintage tabletop pieces make great hostess gifts

Vintage pieces are always great to pick up at flea markets or antique markets either as gifts or for the upcoming holidays. If you don’t have time to hit the markets my shop has a few pieces like napkin rings, sugar spoon sets with mother of pearl spoons etc.. Once you’ve decided on a color palette for your table setting, it’s easy to pick up inexpensive things to bring it together.
